Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Warwick’s Window Cleaning, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 29 January 2023 and ends on 28 February 2023. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, individuals must sign up for our 4-weekly window cleaning round on our website www.warwicks-window-cleaning.co.uk. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period, via live transmission on our Facebook page. The winner will be notified by email/phone within 2 days of the end of the entry period.

5. Prize: The prize is £500 cash. The prize is non-transferable.

6. General Terms: By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Warwick’s Window Cleaning, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Warwick’s Window Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Warwick’s Window Cleaning’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

7. Privacy: By entering the giveaway, you agree to Warwick’s Window Cleaning’s use of your personal information as described in the privacy policy on our website.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
